It means that no company is providing any stuff in torrents ,but people purchase and upload their software among others as to help them,

If I purchase Adobe Photoshop original for 4000 rs ,but i want to help others buy giving them so I will just create its torrent and upload it to any of the Torrent site (To View Torrents Site Click Here)
and by just visiting any of the torrent site just search the thing you want ,download its Torrent
Now After Downloading the Torrent You Will need a torrent client (to view the appropriate torrent client Click here).
